What a great way to wrap up the year! We were lucky enough to have a group of award-winning re-recording mixers and members from the Cinema Audio Society join us for an informative panel on “Exploring Team vs. Single Mixer Projects.” Panelists included Bob Bronow (Deadliest Catch), Shaun Cunningham (Family Guy), Jonathan Wales (Get Out), and Mathew Waters (Game of Thrones). Cinema Audio Society’s President, Karol Urban (She-Hulk:Attorney at Law), expertly moderated the discussion, where we learn about each mixers’ experience with team and single mixer projects. This led to some very insightful reflections as well as some great inside tips on software that they use. It was a real treat being able to listen to such a valuable discussion between some of Hollywood’s premiere post sound professionals.
