Founded and Produced by Jem Schofield of theC47, “The Daily Drop” Offers Educational Content about Video Production, Technology & Content Creation.
Launched in Summer 2023, “The Daily Drop” is dedicated to the tech, craft and business of producing content with a core focus on promotional, educational & commercial based productions. The ongoing series also explores Schofield’s creative interests along with his extensive knowledge of camera systems, lighting, lenses and production as a whole.
Fundamental to the show’s growth and expansion have been the support of some key partners including AJA, B&H, Canon, Nanlite and ZEISS.
Remarking on the show’s success, Schofield shared, “While it might seem crazy to produce a daily series, I absolutely love doing this show where I get to share my knowledge about producing, content creation, problem-solving and gear. I’m grateful to share some of my experience and knowledge with the community… and what I’m most excited about is producing the next 400 episodes!”
