Our 8th Anniversary meeting on June 9th, 2016 was a wonderful celebration of community as we welcomed two amazing presentations. First up we had L.A. Post Fest Best Film and Best Editing winner, Misha Tenenbaum share his amazing workflow spanning 10 team members in 4 continents. He detailed the process from getting Team Editstock together to delivering the winning film.
After a networking break filled with anniversary cake we came back to hear from the post production team on the feature documentary, “Dying to Know: Ram Dass & Timothy Leary.” Michael Donnelly, Co-Producer and Post Supervisor reviewed with us the evolution on this film and technology over a 20 year span. Ethan Boehme covered much of the online and editing process working this so many various formats and Ken S. Polk, CAS spoke about the extensive audio work that was done to create a seamless soundtrack for this fascinating film.
