For more than 25 years, Michael has been deeply entrenched in the Film, Television, and Broadcast industries, dedicating the majority of his career to collaborating with manufacturers of state-of-the-art technology and advocating for their tools. His contributions extend to working closely with the American Cinema Editors (ACE), where he actively engages in moderating numerous panels featuring top TV and film editors at ACE’s EditFestLA. Michael has showcased groundbreaking technologies at prominent industry events such as NAB, IBC, SuperMeet, SMPTE, DCS, LACPUG, HPA, trade shows, and seminars. His involvement isn’t limited to working alongside editors— he’s even graced the screen as one, portraying the role of the late Sydney Pollack’s editor in an episode of the acclaimed TV series, Entourage.
