This month’s meeting included our annual food drive for the Westside Food Bank. We had an overwhelming outpouring of generosity from the group with over 200 cans and non-perishable food items being donated. It was a full evening with Clint Milby of HDSLRShooter.com presenting first. Clint gave us a DSLR post overview and shared his personal experience using Atomos’s Ninja2 and Blackmagic Design’sCinema Camera.
Then Mary Poplin of Imagineer Systems returned and this time she brought editor Tim Schultz of Chainsaw Edit and the two made a very enjoyable team. Mary showed us some simple fixes that editors can do using Mocha Pro and Tim was able to share firsthand user experiences and stories with the group. It was a very enjoyable presentation both for the banter between the two and the useful effects Mary showed us.
