As we celebrated the LAPPG’s 5th year anniversary it became obvious how much the group enjoyed just having a social experience for a night. This “meeting” was unlike any of our previous 59. We had no speakers, no agenda, no demos. The record number of attendees just came to network, celebrate this milestone and enjoy some food and drink thanks to an open bar provided by Commercial Capital Finance Group, Intelligent Assistance plus, we had two enormous cakes sponsored by Larry Jordan & Associates. It was so much fun to just socialize for a night with people who we’ve gotten to know over the past 5 years. We had a record raffle of over $12,000 which got slightly delayed thanks to the triple overtime of an ice hockey game but it was worth the wait! Members old and new walked away with some amazing prizes including a DaVinci Resolve, a BorisFX Continuum Complete, a mocha Pro and a year-long Adobe Creative Cloud membership.
We’re looking forward to the next 5 years and want to thank each and every member, partner, presenter, media outlet, venue and friend who has supported our group.
