We turned Crossroads’ Community Room into a celebration of summer! Starting off the evening was a wonderful presentation from Audio Network by the Global Head of Music, Ali Johnson and the Manager of Television Music Licensing, Jonathan Lane who teamed up to share with us their fantastic music, their website and information on music rights and licensing. Following their presentation we had our networking break and added some summertime fun like watermelon and ice cream plus “Tossing for Tickets,” a carnival game. After the break, Gordon Burkell from Art of the Guillotine shared research, statistics and insights on how to brand yourself and use social media to find work. A special thanks to Victoria Bascova for the amazing research she contributed. It was wonderful having Gordon share some of the expertise that has made AOTG.com such a popular gathering place for post production professionals!
